The unit was very comfortable for all. Decor is very beach themed. Bedding was plenty and very comfortable. The deck outside of the living/dining rooms was the best! The pool is so big and the outside area is very spacious for all to enjoy at the same time! Wi-Fi was spotty and way too many remotes to figure out the tvs (in all the rooms) but the place itself outshines the minor concerns. Would definitely return to this villa.

Very limited parking without our vehicles sitting out in the road. The front door was very hard to unlock. The bathrooms were teeny tiny. The locks to the balcony doors didn’t work half of the time. No trash bags for the cans., you just imagine after you pay this much for ya place for one week that it would be nicer. The beds were uncomfortable.

The frames of the patio doors if not fixed soon will give way.

Many bulbs were out. closets were full of things and no room to put your clothes. Door lock needs changed. Does not unlock easy. Silverware drawer falls out onto floor because no rails on drawer. Carpets are getting shabby.Needs some tender loving care.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Floral Villa for many years in several different units and know they vary on quality, amenities, etc. We originally booked the unit below, but because that unit was sold we were asked to take B8. The unit is in serious need of updating. The couches are covered because the pleather couch and chairs are shedding plastic. The carpet was very old and held onto a serious smoke smell (we are non smokers and didn't know this was a smoking unit). we had issues with the dryer and the blinds in the back room. Both bathroom showers are very old and stained/damaged. The outdoor furniture and cushions are falling apart. This was NOT our best floral villa stay.

We were pleased that they let us get our key early, but I have to say the place where we stayed was filthy. Several light bulbs were burnt out. This is a high volume area so I understand that it would be difficult to adequately clean. This has always been our experience when we stay in this area. We do so because this is where our family has vacationed for years. However, I think we are all in agreement that another beach may be a better option. Every time we stay at other beaches like Topsail, Ocean Isle, Emerald Isle or even North Myrtle, the places are cleaner.

Not the worst, not the best

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided to bring our own linens only to see how stained the pillows and mattress covers were. The garbage disposal broke on day one and the dishwasher backed up into the sink until it was fixed (luckily the same day). The air filter was disgusting and had to be changed as well. Overall it was in a great location, close to the pier, beach, stores, etc. Checkout was at 10am and the inspector was there at like 8:30am. We felt very rushed to be out and didn't appreciate being watched by a stranger, especially with 2 small children! It was just odd. I would stay again but would bring pillows and bleach all mattress covers before making beds!

The condo is conveniently located across the street from the beach and the pool was very clean. One of the best vacations we ever had, and a lot of it had to do with the condo. The condo was very clean, and was kept up to date. Loved the big TV to watch the game and loved having both patios (front and back). Will absolutely rent here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was not up to par with expectation. It needed minor but important repairs in the kitchen and guest bath. There should be a warning about loud road noise at night I.e. Bring ear plugs, and sleeping masks are a requirement for the bright streetlights and morning sunlight that blast through the guest bedroom windows.
