Surfside by the Sea I, second row in Surfside Beach, offers affordability and comfort in a relaxed condominium atmosphere with beautifully landscaped grounds, and pool . #202 is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, WIFI and large living room with private balcony with a view of the ocean. Accommodates 4 with a queen bed and 2 single beds. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. No elevator.

Surfside By the Sea I is located 3.3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. Situated across the street from the beach, this three-story complex offers affordability. Enjoy the convenience of an outdoor pool (open Easter/April 1 to October 31) . Grab your beach gear and take a short walk to watch a sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean, look for seashells, or go for a swim in the surf! There is no elevator at Surfside By the Sea I. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. Motorcycles and trailers are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Great location! Close to beach/ access. They handled a maintenance issue right away. It was fine for a quick weekend! One tip would be good to know, even though they give you the digit key code by email, that they require you to pick up parking passes at Realtor’s office, if not before 6pm, they will put it in a box outside. I did read that if you arrive after 6pm, you have to go back the next day to sign the rules/charges by 12pm. I don’t understand why they just don’t leave the rules and parking passes in the condo for you. The condo needs painted and better drapery. The linen service doesn’t supply hand towels, and few wash clothes. Bring extra toilet paper and your own tissues.

Perfect Unit

I will absolutely book this unit again. It's clean, freshly updated, and quiet. You can see the ocean and it's a super fast and easy walk to the beach. There was a small issue with door lock code and Dunes Realty responded immediately.

My son and I stayed for a baseball tournament and it was perfect for the 2 of us. We did not use the kitchen much as we were on the field most of the time. The bed in the master could use an upgrade, as it was very lumpy, but I managed for our short stay. The location is great for the beach, and the pool was great.
