「I had incorrectly booked the wrong dates foe my stay at this property which was a non refunderable booking with no option to alter or cancel. I contacted Hotels.com whpbafter speaking with the owners arranged my booking to be moved to the actual dates i required free of charge. The owners were under no obligation to do this but still allowed it without chargine me. I am very greatful for this as it was my error in the first place.
