"Perfect stay "

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were both spacious, and having two queen beds made it very comfortable. A welcome fruit plate along with complimentary water was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. Overall, everything about the stay was excellent. The only downside was that, due to the conference and banquet rooms, the elevators were often busy, which sometimes led to longer wait times. Despite that, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"Absolutely fantastic stay! The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, the receptionist kindly offered my partner and me a complimentary drink at the bar to celebrate our anniversary, which was a lovely touch. Throughout our stay, the doormen and lobby staff were consistently polite, always offering help and wishing us a great day. On the day of checkout, the gentleman at reception also extended our checkout time, which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel—everything was perfect from start to finish."

"This place was absolutely amazing! The room was beautiful and the location was perfect, walking distance to the Tower of London. Also only a few steps to Tower station taking us anywhere else in the city and easy access to Heathrow Express back to airport. Most importantly, every staff member we encountered was amazing. "

"I have little good to say about my stay. It was during my birthday and I thaught it would be pleasant. Once I checked I was informed of last minute modifications. My double room was changed to disabled. The best thing about it was leaving it that night as there were hairs all over the bed and linen was not cleaned properly. I had to be changed two rooms since it had the same issue. Staff were kind but I felt forgotten about the second night. I was provided a free breakfast but I felt I deserved a better room as I got a downgraded one(a bed with less hairs.)"

"Check in ok , but staff not that welcoming , maybe more training required . Room ok , air con noisy and plumbing bit adhoc , but shower good once working . Breakfast good , Will stay again but needs more customer interaction on arrival and departure ! No one at desk "
