「The home was as it's pictures and we enjoyed our family while we were there for 5 days. A few things needed fixing. What was most disappointing was the communication (owner to property manager, and property manager to renter) and the custmer service.」

「I would love to give a higher star review but literally everything we touched or tried to use was broken. The hot tub was not cleaned before hand and was unusable, we found Zyrtec tablets all over the house The kitchen drawers」

「We stayed at the property as an extended Christmas weekend so that all 15 of us were in one place. The layout worked great, we had ages 1 year to 77 years. Also having 3 levels was great as people seemed to move around the house. Any questions were answered very quickly.」

「Everything was amazingly big but host was above and beyond better than any host we have had in staying away!!! The Chalet was super clean she had all supplies you would need to cook, back, ect. The hidden club house was great too. Only think I would suggest if you are there in bad weather throw in couple adult games she’s got many for the kids!! I would absolutely stay again I didn’t even mind we were there in the winter. She decorated the chalet for us. It was so...

「Comfortable house with plenty of space for larger groups. Our group of 8 had plenty of room to spread out. Great, well-equipped eat-in kitchen with a large table. Lots of fun things to do in the basement area, like arcade and table-top games, movies, etc. The neighborhood and surrounding area are a lot of fun - lots to do, but also perfect if you want to stay in to relax. The hosts clearly communicated and were quick to respond to questions that came up during our stay. 」
