“Noisy, we could hear people walking upstairs all night and people talking and walking in the hallway.”

“The staff didn’t have a smile face and had no patience to answer customer’s questions. We booked 3 persons’ room, but only had 2 persons stuff(cup, towel etc) in the room. The hotel service is not good. Only I appreciated the Starbucks staff had a smile face and serviced us well.”

“A neighboring guest was yelling at 1:30 am. Not the hotel's fault. That was the only issue I had. The hotel staff was extremely nice.”

“We felt the service was great, breakfast was served in time and good. However, the room was in good clean condition, but the bathroom had no air vent and there appeared to be dirt and mold on the walls around the shower. Also, the sink drained pretty slow but was fixed on the second day . Lastly the pool area was not clean and there was not enough seats available for parents to watch their children swim.”
