Beautiful villa and peaceful location

We had a wonderful holiday, quality time with our family and our grandson (age 17 months) loved the pool. The villa was beautiful and cool. Our hosts were lovely and always quick to answer any of our questions they left us breakfast croissants one morning and also mozzarella which was so kind. Would highly recommend this villa we did not want to leave.

Gorgeous rural getaway

My husband and I, with our 3 teenage children, had an amazing stay in the villa. The owners are so friendly and helpful, the facilities are fabulous and it's great for both the sites and shops of Rome and the beach and lake at Bracciano. It is a little off the beaten path but so peaceful and private and after soaring temperatures in Rome we were thrilled to come home and cool off in the pool, enjoy a game of table-tennis whilst the BBQ heated up and then kick back with cable tv in the evening. Fab!

Wunderschönes Haus 🤩 sehr gepflegt, superfreundliche Gastgeberin

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Dailas Haus. Trotz tagelanger Rekordhitze lassen sich die Räume dank Klimaanlagen gut runter kühlen. Der Pool war unsere tägliche Rettung und wurde auch während unseres Aufenthalts konstant sauber gehalten. Die Kommunikation mit Daila war stets freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder

Peace and tranquillity in the Italian countryside.

We rented the property for 10 days, 5 of which we enjoyed by the pool with all the mod cons for our teenage family. The pool was perfect on a balmy day and eating on the veranda whilst the sun was setting was idyllic. Both Daila and Alessandro were very welcoming hosts who were more than happy to help and who keep a very clean and modern home in lovely surroundings. Lots to see and do around Sutri and beyond from SUP on lake Bracciano to visiting ancient towns and nearby Necropolis. Rome is just over an hour away by train and a fantastic way to see Italy. We couldn’t wait to get back to the Villa and cool off in the pool though and have a game of table tennis. We would definitely recommend the Villa.

Very nice place

The host is very hospitable and the place is just amazing. We will be back here. Under an hour from Rome. Lots of small villages everywhere. Sports center right nearby. Can be recommended without any problems.

Fantastico casale , fantastica vacanza. Io e la mia famigliola abbiamo passato una vacanza da sogno in questo splendido casale dotato di tutti i comfort con una splendida piscina e un panorama da sogno. Per non parlare dei proprietari gentilissimi e adorabili nel curare ogni dettaglio. Lo consiglio vivamente perché raramente sono stato ospite in una casa così ben curata e con tutte le comodità. Inoltre si trova a circa mezz'ora da Roma, 5 minuti dal lago di Vico, un'oretta dal mare e poco più per raggiungere la Toscana e le sue bellezze come ad esempio Siena. Voto 10 più più più
