The property and view are absolutely stunning! I could sit by the pool for hours! Such a restorative and peaceful setting, and convenient to Sutter Creek for dining. Perfect for our getaway!

Excellent Hospitality

The stay at Sunset Hills was perfect! As someone who has worked in hotel management for over 10 years, notes were being taken!The communication right from the initial booking was exceptional. We felt very welcomed and the stay was in the cutest little apartment. It was a great distance from the cute little Sutter Creek downtown, only an hour from Sacramento and only 3 hours from San Francisco, so we were able to make a couple of day trips. We will definitely be looking to stay here again at our next trip to the area!

Beautiful property, like staying at a high end resort. Love all the welcoming touches like a personalized sign on the door, candles, snacks and fresh flowers in all the rooms. Owners are kind and helpful with great advice about local restaurants.

Incredible property, wonderful people

Just the most absolutely wonderful place to stay! The apartment is even better than the pictures...felt spacious for the two of us and very comfortable. And the POOL is INCREDIBLE. We spent a lot of time in the water, and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The stay was made particularly lovely by the hosts, who were wonderful, communicative, welcoming, and kind. We hope to come stay again!

Great property

This is a wonderful place. The pictures undersold this place! Amazing pool! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves. The host was very responsive and occationally text us with ideas for entertainment and restaurants. This property is very secluded and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Lovely Stay in a beautiful place!

Sutter Creek and surrounding towns are so lovely and the people are so nice an accommodating. The food in Sutter Creek is outstanding. Staying at Sunset Hills Ranch was so peaceful with outstanding views.

An unforgettable weekend getaway!

My family and I could not have asked for a better vacation. Despite the reservation being last-minute, with some additional changes throughout the trip on my part, Betsy, Charlotte, and Patty provided exceptional service at every point. A second perfect visit

Our second time staying here, and everything was just as perfect and wonderful and we remember from our first visit. The location, the quiet, the pool! Great Escape

This property was EVERYTHING it was promised to be. We spent four blissful days enjoying the grounds in privacy and luxury. The hosts were accommodating, attentive and flexible throughout our stay. We explored the charming towns and nearby trails of the area. The mountains up Highway 88 were just over an hour away, where we were treated to beautiful landscapes and spectacular views. It was an ideal getaway with a perfect balance of rest and exploration!

Perfect Sutter Creek Getaway!

Super nice place, we’ll stocked and furnished. Near town with incredible pool and view overlooking a valley covered in oak trees. Very responsive and gracious owner who we enjoyed meeting Could not have been happier to find this quiet retreat in Sutter Creek!
