Nice hotel with good staff

Really nice staff. Fast and prepared me breakfast lunch box as I had to leave early. Rooms are good and there is actually nothing to complain about. Food is also nice.

The staff was very very helpful , it is a quiet area but is a little far from the Main Street of Suwalki around 20 min walking. Has a very good restaurant with nice dishes and the included breakfast is amazing. Our room was bigger than normal rooms. Very recommended

Good overall, nice big room, great breakfast. Location is a bit isolated, in my opinion (not much to do around it). Staff on arrival was very average (was not enthusiastic at all about her job). Staff on checkout was much better, though. Room was good, but toiletries had not been refilled prior to our arrival. All in all: decent value for our money.

Great choice for a stop over on the way between Poland and Lithuania/Latvia. Plenty of parking in front and around the hotel building. Friendly and efficient reception staff. Check in took 2 minutes. The room ( standard) was spacious and sparkling clean, complementary bottled water, WiFi. Great buffet breakfast with lots of keto/low carb choices. This time we travelled without a fog but noted that this is a very pets’ friendly hotel. 80PLN charge for a pet. The park is literary in front of the hotel, perfect for walking the dog. Definitely recommend
