Great stay!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the privacy of the free-standing house with the private nature pool. There was a very good restaurant just a 5 minute walk away. The host is a very nice guy, he gave us a warm welcome and provided help and information when needed. He is putting a lot of effort and creativity in the design of the house and its facilities. The house is located nearby Labin and some great hiking trails which you can reach in a short drive. Definitely recommended!

Urlaub in Labin

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer Wohnsiedlung. Zu unserer Zeit war es ruhig und alles ging gelassen vor sich. Der Eigentümer wohnt nicht weit entfernt und die Kommunikation verlief in englisch. Das Haus ist genauso wie es angeboten wurde. Der Pool ist quasi ein Naturpool, dessen Wasser sich über viele Pflanzen, die außerhalb des Schwimmbereichs sind, gereinigt, ist daher auch für Personen mit empfindlicher Haut geeignet.

Wir hatten einen wunderschonen Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Aussenanlage und Naturschwimmereich, sodass wir Tage ohne Aktivitäten herrlich entspannt "Zuhause" genießen konnten. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und für unseren großen Hund ausbruchsicher gestaltet.

Schlichte, aber liebevolle Einrichtung. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider war das Wetter nicht so, dass wir den Pool nutzen konnten. Zur warmen Jahrezeit ist es der perfekte Ort.

Bardzo przytulny dom. Basen naturalny to taki mały staw: ma łagodne wejście po schodkach, na których mogą bawić się dzieci. Potem jest już głęboki, więc małe dzieci trzeba mieć cały czas na oku. W wodzie są rybki i żaby, co jest dużą atrakcją dla dzieci. Dużym plusem jest brak chloru w wodzie. Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel.

Einfach, aber sauber und sehr netter Vermieter

Das Haus hat alles was man wirklich braucht. Die Küche hat etwas wenig Geschirr, aber man kann klar kommen. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und dadurch ideal auch für Hunde. Man kann direkt auch vorm Haus auf dem Grundstück parken. Der Schwimmteich war im Oktober zwar sehr kalt, aber sehr schön angelegt. Es sind mehrere Strände innerhalb von 20 bis 30 Fahrminuten gut erreichbar. Die Seele des Ganzen ist der Vermieter. Er wohnt ganz nah und ist immer sofort zur Stelle und hilft gerne

Ruhige und sehr entspannte Ferien

Der Pool war für unsere Jungs klasse. Es gab bei den Fröschen und Fischen immer etwas zu sehen und zu beobachten. Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos, bietet viel Platz und hat eine zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Die ruhige Lage war für uns perfekt zum entspannen. Supermarkt und ein Restaurant sind in Fußnähe und mit dem Auto sind in 15 bis 20 Min. einige tolle Strände und Buchten zu erreichen. Unser Traumbucht war Duga Luka, kristallklares Wasser und fast keine Touristen. Sympathischer Vermieter.

Gute Ausgangsbasis um Istrien zu erkunden

Die Veranda lässt sich gut als Platz für Frühstück und Abendessen nutzen. Im Schwimmteich leben Frösche und kleine Fische. Die Kinder waren begeistert. Der Vermieter spricht sehr gut Englisch und ist sehr freundlich. Nur die Hunde der Nachbarn waren zeitweise etwas nervig.

Magnifique maison, spacieuse, propre, avec le nécessaire pour y passer un très bon séjour, lits excellents. Piscine géniale et parfaitement entretenue même si le côté naturel "surprend" on s'y fait vite. Calme et sérénité! Le propriétaire est super sympa et serviable, toujours prêt à faire un saut pour aider, conseiller, prêter plan et chargeur de téléphone si besoin, comme pour nous! il a même pris le RV pour le test antigénique pour mes filles sans que je lui demande, adorable! Je reviendrai!

Perfekte Unterkunft mit Naturpool

Das Objekt wurde genauso vorgefunden wie beschrieben, sehr sauber mit dem wahrscheinlich einzigen und hervorragendem Naturpool in Istria. Vermieter und seine Familie sind herzlich und zuverlässig, immer da wenn es eine Frage gibt: die besten Gastgeber die man sich wünschen kann. 5 Sterne + von uns und ein Urlaub, den wir nicht nur nicht vergessen werden, sondern wiederholen. In der fussläufigen Umgebung zwei hervorragende Restaurants, ein Supermarkt und ein Dorfladen. Strand wahlweise jeweils 10-15 Minuten entfernt. Ein “einheimischer Markt” in der Mitte von Labin 10 Minuten mit dem Auto - absolut zu empfehlen - frischer Fisch, Fleisch, Käse, Gemüse aus der Region. Alles zu erfragen beim Vermieter, der unser guter Freund worden ist!
