Carefully designed interior and modern details create a cozy atmosphere for the whole family.The ground floor features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Wooden stairs lead to the upper floor where two bedrooms are located, one with an additional single bed. There is also an extra bathroom on the upper floor.The outdoor area is a perfect place to relax – the pool surrounded by comfortable loungers provides refreshment during warm days, while the outdoor dining area allows enjoyable meals in the open air and soaking in the summer atmosphere.Nearby are picturesque Istrian villages and towns, ideal for exploring cultural heritage and traditional cuisine. Nature lovers can enjoy walks and cycling trails along the coast and through nearby forests. The sea and beaches are only a few minutes' drive away, offering perfect opportunities for swimming and water sports. Es ist ein sehr hübsches liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und alles war sehr schön und sauber. Der Garten mit Pool mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten war auch super und der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und nett.
