“We made a very last minute decision to take a weeks holiday. There was a storm forecast but Kent looked to be avoiding the worst of it so we decided to head for somewhere along the coast, waiting for the very last forecast before making our final decision. After a quick internet search we found Tides Reach and thought it would suit our needs. We weren’t wrong ! I phoned Keeper Cottages on the Thursday to make a booking for the next day, this was a requirement as you cannot book at such short……

“We had a beautiful Christmas stay at Bexley Cottage. Such a gorgeous cottage with everything we should need, everything in the kitchen to be able to cook a Xmas dinner! Stunningly decorated and all festive for us. Great communication with owner and very welcoming and friendly. Beautiful location with all amenities on doorstep. Highly recommended.”

“Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft für Familien. Geräumig, besonders und schön eingerichtet. Was man wissen muss, ist dass die Unterkunft sehr abgelegen ist und man für Aktivitäten eigentlich immer das Auto benötigt. Dafür wird ein wenig Nervenstärke benötigt weil die Wege teilweise sehr eng sind. Insgesamt aber eine tolle Unterkunft - vielen Dank, dass wir da sein durften.”

“Ignore the rubbish from cottages.com as they obviously do not have a clue. The front door facing North road is locked and bolted and so cannot be used to enter the property. Only by going down the steps and using the back door can you get in. The flat bronze yale style key next to the silver long key is the one you need. As the yale lock is loose you need to jiggle the key in the lock to even turn it. Watch out if your tall ... im 6' and had some close calls in the cottage. Do not attempt to use……
