I reached out to the online customer service, and Mary Ann M. was assigned to assist me. However, she couldn’t reach the local property. It took forever to sort out the problem. I asked for a phone number to call because the online chat was too inefficient. She gave me a U.S. number, so I made an international call — but it turned out to be……

Positive side - Offers some excellent free amenities - Daily free coffee before 9:30 am was a nice perk, and having access to a free cinema room and gym was a great bonus - Location of the hotel is also convenient, and the kitchen facilities were good, providing a full set of cooking equipment. However, notice a lingering strong curry/masala smell inside the microwave-oven. Negative side - The availability of free or paid latte seemed……
