The finer features of this custom-built home stand out, such as vaulted ceilings that perfectly bring light into the great room during the day. Preparing meals for the whole group comes easy in the fully equipped kitchen. In the evening, gather around the gas stove for conversation and relaxation. Group features include a large gathering area with a TV in the loft for movie watching. Everyone will want to pull up a chair out on the deck and stay a while. The fresh mountain breeze is filled with the sounds of nature, and you won't believe how bright the stars are at night, especially when you're enjoying a soak in the bubbly hot tub. During the winter months and inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended to access this property. Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient clearance (i.e. SUV, Truck, or raised sedan). Low-clearance vehicles with 4WD/AWD are not recommended. For the extra effort, however, you are rewarded with seclusion, beauty, and a lot of fun just getting there!
• Pet Weight Restriction. This property is pet friendly with restrictions, allowing one dog weighing 35 lbs or less, or two dogs with a combined weight of 35 lbs or less.

• Failure to pay the pet fee may result in cancellation of your reservation.
• The pet fee is required; undeclared pets are subject to a penalty fine per the rental agreement terms.
• The pet policies for this vacation rental, which can be found on the last page of your rental agreement, should be reviewed PRIOR TO BOOKING.
