Stained and worn carpets, damaged walls, stained seat cushions etc. I like Microtel Inn but this one is overdue for a renovation/updates. ”

“When we first arrived the young lady informed us that the room we booked was not available but she would bump us up to another room at no additional cost. Very disappointed to come home and see that instead was charged more then stated. Very upsetting especially since had stayed there before & never had that happen. ”

“The room is really clean but not really quiet the morning time you can hear the house keeping person talk really loud and there’s no towel on the floor for restroom and no soap bar . The tissue is empty. I have to use the toilet paper. ”

Check-in was easy and the breakfast staff was amazing. The breakfast staff even brought out a small treasure chest for the kids to pick out a small toy. ”
