「newly renovated...clean n tidy...location is good but if u r driving....its almost impossible to find a parking space nearby in the evening. room is spacious but there r no refrigerator...no electric kettle...no table..no chair ....shower area no curtains if this room is for elderly or handicapped they should make a remark in the website.」

Yes, there is building work going on in the square that can be nosey if the balcony door is open, it’s public knowledge, the information has been available on Google since February. I had the seafront view apartment. The apartment is great. It’s clean, modern, has all the cooking appliances, ice cold aircon. Locations fine, near shops, restaurants, 5 mins from the seafront.
