Platane (WO06) - WO06

The modern residential complex Platan is located in the western part of the city and is only a few minutes walk from the last UBBstation entfehrnt. The image of the settlement determines the modern architecture of the buildings, the green courtyards and public playgrounds. In the surroundings there are shops, restaurants and the border market (Poland market), which tourists like to visit. The detour to the beach is about 1,1km, to the border crossing 1,5km and to the city center about 0,5km. On Malczewskiego Street there is a modern, fenced playground, a basketball court and a green recreational facility.

WO06:
A two-room apartment on the first floor of a building with elevator in the residential district of Platan. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, balcony and bathroom with shower. The living room has a corner sofa with sleeping function (sleeping area 130x195cm), a coffee table, a chest of drawers with a 32 "LCD TV with cable (German channels depending on availability), a dining table with four chairs. The bedroom has a double bed (a mattress) with a width of 140x200cm, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The functional, fully equipped kitchenette has a fridge with freezer, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, pots, crockery and cutlery. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment window opens onto a balcony (from the east side), where a table and two balcony chairs are available. Additional equipment: vacuum cleaner, wireless internet, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher. The apartment has no parking. Public parking is available nearby. A guarded parking lot is located nearby (distance 300m)

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :)

Unsere Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gefallen,die Lage war für uns optimal. Die Aussattung war hochwertig, genial war das wir eine Waschmaschine hatten. Da eine Baustelle, direkt an unserer Wohnung war,hatten wir bedenken,das es unter der Woche besonders morgens zu laut ist,dadurch das die Fenster sehr gut isoliert waren,bekamen wir von der Baustelle nicht viel mit.
