「我選擇這個酒店主要想洗衣服，但他的洗衣服的房間竟然晚上九點便關了門，這樣實在太不方便了，而且停車也不太十分方便，這酒店沒有屬於自己的私人停車場，如果要酒店check in時可以用後面的停車場，寫明只能用15分鐘，但當你停車放行李的時候也會有那個停車場的住客來趕你走」

「If you're seeking for an adventure,this is it! Cuz no service provided, survive by yourself! Says Check in time is1500, but no matter what the machine says room is still in cleaning n not ready! I texted them but no reply of course ! Luckily I've got company, a lady tried to check in before me, found out she'd tried for over an hour already! Frankly no one was cleaning at all as I walked through every floor n there're roomS available!! Finally I managed to check in after standing there over 50...

「I had a great time here! The staff are SO friendly here, it was wonderful. If you have mobility issues, I would not book here. The stairs are very narrow and the walk from the road to the property is a bit far, and to check out you need to go to the hotel across the street. Huge shout out to the taxi driver, Joao,who was absolutely amazing!!! He was for friendly and made my day so much better by helping me go to the gondola and to the train station with a foot that is healing from a recent...
