“Good”

“We had a room by the pool. The smelled damp and from chlorine. Groups in the pool played loud music till around 10pm. There was a fire alarm one night during the night. After hotel evacuated there was no explanation from staff as to what happened as we returned to our rooms only told clear to go back in. We would have preferred an explanation to squash our concerns.”

“The breakfast was very basic. The room had a weird smell which the staff was apparently aware of. The shower was good and clean. The room could use a refresh, but the bed was clean along with the sheets. If you can book it for a discount the it's ok for price. It just needs some updates and some serious ozone or a steam clean.”

“Room was very clean and was impressed with the modern lighting, draperies, carpet and appliances in room. Very quiet and comfortable. Did not use breakfast for we didn’t want to chance it and since it wasn’t complimentary we went to regular restaurant. Parking was no problem. Only problem we encountered was ice machine was out on our floor and when we went down a floor to get ice, our room key would not allow us in ice room. We gave up on getting ice. “Our room was very nice. Bed was super comfortable and everything was clean and fresh smelling. Staff was welcoming and friendly.”

“The room was very clean, the air conditioning in the room left a lot to be desired. You could not control it via the wall unit and it was right next to the bed, you either felt to hot or freezing depending on if it worked throughout the night. I loved the fact the bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels. We were told that their would be a $75.00 hold for incidentals on our credit card but once we checked out it would be refunded. Only to still see it as a charge on our card and based my phone……

“I had a really good stay here. The outside of the property looks a little rough at first, but don't let that fool you; the room was clean, updated, and much nicer than I expected. It was actually the nicest Red Roof Inn I've stayed at. Housekeeping came by during my stay, replaced my towels, and even cleaned the shower, which I really appreciated. They didn't remake the bed, but that wasn't an issue for me at all. I also had my key card stop working once, and the front desk quickly reprogrammed……

“Was sad to hear that the pool was closed they didn’t even advertise that it was under construction. Overheard from another customer that there were leaks in the room from the air conditioner staff was nice but did not like that the pool was closed”

“This was a perfect hotel to stay at for passing through or a short stay clean friendly accommodating and close to conscience and necessities and restaurants. Very quiet and a little bit of a country setting, comfortable beds and good breakfast. Very pleased”
