“We came to visit my husbands family with my in-laws and my 16 month old. Neighborhood is cute and quiet, all new builds. Behind the Meijers. House layout was great, open kitchen with an island to separate that from the living room/ family space so we could visit and eat. Rooms were good sized and adorably furnished. We had 4 adults and 1 baby. An aunt, uncle and cousin dropped by with dinner one night the space was perfect. House was very clean and well kept. Broom was handy to sweep up……

“Loved the layout, very clean, great bedding, once we got rolling manager easy to work with. The place is brand new so a few fixes needed and my one caution is the driveways are small and shared and the garage was too small for our truck. Other than that, great place and I’d both recommend and come back myself.”

“This was a great home to stay in. The game room was fun, kitchen was great, beds and living room were very comfortable, everything made for a comfortable environment that felt like home. I would stay here again”

“The host was very good about communication before and during the stay. Beds were very comfortable. First floor bedroom has an en suite but it is a tub/shower combination. The walk in shower on the first floor was off the kitchen. I noted this simply becuase we put the 82 year old with mobility limits in the downstairs bedroom but he needed to use the other bathroom on the first floor instead of the ensuite. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glasswear and some seasonings basics.……

“We stayed here for a month while taking care of family business in a nearby town. We were 4 out of state adults, a couple and 2 siblings, and this was perfect for us. The proximity to commuter train service was ideal. It’s a bit of a hike, but one could walk to the train station. We had plenty of room to gather or separate as we wanted. We made good use of the oversized washer and dryer. Almost anything you might want is a short drive away on Randall Road. We were quite busy the first couple……

The location was absolutely perfect being in a very nice neighborhood where we felt 100% safe walking our dogs or going into the town..which is just a couple blocks down the street. Tons of fun places to go and see. The unit was clean and comfortable and as expected. Communication with the owner was prompt and we had zero issues while we were there. Definitely hoping to rebook there again soon!”

“Stayed a week for work vs hotel. Nice apartment, clean bright everything I needed. Didn’t bother me but be aware long flight of stairs up, train goes by often, never really heard it from bedroom but you can hear it in living room not super loud just in background. Parking is about a short block away. Would definitely stay again.”

“This place was simply great. I appreciated Lisa'a willingness to rent to people who are traveling professionals and are constantly on the road away from home. On top of that I was allowed to have my doggo with me for a very fair price. The place is in a nice neighborhood, with tons of green spaces, parks, walking paths, and forest preserves; not to mention close to everything you need in Elgin as well. “This place exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and well thought out. We loved the spa area and had such a great time. The owners were beyond frendly and helpful. The garden was beautiful and the raspberries were delicious. We will miss this place, especially Rocco!”

“The house was wonderful! We were in town for a school conference I had to attend. It was close to the location I had to be at while also offering privacy. Had an issue with the door that was fixed immediately and was kept in touch with about anything we may need. Great experience!”

“Great location and plenty of room for family to gather. 5 bedrooms provide various sleeping arrangements and options. The house is cluttered with items in the closets, laundry room, and cupboards not very organized, but it had all the necessities for our visit. Enjoyed the large living room/kitchen area for family to play games and hang out.”

“It was a bit of a weird start as the booking listed 3 bedrooms with 3 beds. When we arrived there were only 2 beds. We are family so we made due and the owners were very actively trying to find solutions. Mistakes happen. Overall it was a nice stay.”

“Our family (5 sisters) went on an intensive retreat with a coach at this house. It is a beautiful home. The owners were first time VRBO and offered a beautiful space for our healing. Due to their inexperience, they left the refrigerator full and dirty. It was the maid that ultimately did not complete the clean. Once we cleaned it out we were able to move 2+ days of food into the garage refrigerator and manage our meals and groceries well. The house shined more and more each day we stayed there.……
