Clean and cozy

We felt like home when we stayed at Careel Cottage, the place was nice and clean. Steve (the owner) was very helpful, providing us with useful information to explore the area and giving us early notice when the place was ready to check in. We definitely enjoyed our stay here.

Great cottage stay

We had a fantastic stay at Steve's property. Very central location to the sites of the blue mountains. Very clean and modern facilities. The cottage had everything we needed.

Cute little cabin

The space was well equipped with plenty to use in the kitchen and lots of extra blankets for warmth. It has a very cosy vibe. Very close to the town centre and main attractions.

Perfect Location for family and pets

We loved this well thought out cottage and the location. Close to the town centre and opposite a beautiful park. The owners were so helpful and provided great service. The cottage has everything you need. We will be booking again this year. We had a great time.

Three night get away

We stayed here in 2022 for 2 nights and found we needed longer to get away from Sydney, so chose a 3 night stay this weekend. Property has all we needed (and many things we didnt use, but others no doubt will). Far enough away from the main streets, but close enough to walk if you are active enough and a perfect location to venture out to any of the Blue Mountains 'places to see'

Great weekender

Thanks so much for Steve and Sharon for letting us stay at your beautiful property. Our family and fur balls had a great weekend. House was comforting and warm (despite the wintery weather). Had all the perks with the TV entertainment package and our 5yo daughter loved the sofa bed. Close to town and surrounding tourist activities and even the pond and walks around the house were very tranquil. The sports and aquatic centre even proved a bonus to fulfil a few hours. Hope to be back again some time

Cozy Cottage in the Mountains

Career Cottage is a very comfortable and well-appointed Cottage, with all the comforts of home. The gas log fire was very efficient and the collection of LP’s was most interesting. The cottage is located close to the main Katoomba attractions. The Back Cottage accommodated our 4 adults and 2 children comfortably.

A cozy, dog-friendly cottage in Katoomba

This cottage has everything you need for a lovely Katoomba getaway. We stayed in Winter and the gas heating kept us lovely and warm. The beds were comfortable and there's plenty of seating for everyone. The yard is secure if you're bringing your pup. There's a park across the road and if you don't mind a hill or two, it's a good walk to Echo point. My hubby, parents and pooch all enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again.

A clean and comfortable home close to town .

Exactly as advertised. The bed is very firm which suited us but may not work for others. The kitchen is well set up and little extras make the place even better. Recent poor weather has left the garden a bit overgrown which made it impossible to use the outside area ( inundated with mozzies). Great kitchen and bathroom and very clean .
