CAREEL COTTAGES are two completely self contained properties. Both are perfect for couples, families and friends. Our BACK COTTAGE is the larger of the two with a fully fenced garden and is available to book now for up to 6 guests. We also have a Travel Cot for guests travelling with an infant.

The BACK COTTAGE is the original cottage on the land
and has been newly renovated in May 2017. From its humble beginnings as a miners cottage in the 1940’s it is now a stylish and contemporary home waiting for you to come and enjoy. So if you are planning a stay in the mountains and want the convenience of being close to everything and not breaking your budget then Careel Cottages will not disappoint.

The BACK COTTAGE consists of 2 BEDROOMS with a Queen in the main bedroom and a double in the other. In the lounge we have a brand new Queen size top quality sofa bed which can accommodate 2 people making maximum people of 6 that can stay.
There are 2 BATHROOMS.
We can now offer a brand new kitchen and dining area that is designed to mix the old cottage ambience with the new. Creating we hope a mountains experience that will make your stay that extra bit special. If you want to cook at home everything is provided for you starting with the spacious essastone bench top and bar. Cooking is a Miele Induction cooktop and your oven is a Smeg. There is a dishwasher and if on a longer stay we have a combination washing machine dryer.
Our new lounge area has a cozy Rinnai real flame gas log fire which pumps out the heat to cope with the coldest of winter nights. All our furniture is super comfortable including our outdoor setting and BBQ area in the new covered patio which is a great space to take in the afternoon sun with a glass of wine.
We provide Foxtel in Both Cottages plus we have excellent high speed internet and offer Free Wi Fi in BOTH Cottages.

TV LED HD. FOXTEL with Sports and Lifestyle channels is provided in BOTH cottages as well as free to air and digital channels. Both cottages also have Chromecast connected to the TV so you can stream your favorite Netflix, You tube and (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) content from your device to our TV.

Free NBN Wi Fi is supplied for our guests in BOTH cottages. Internet speeds are around 24 Mbps.
