The staff person in reception was very helpful and even upgraded us to a better room for no cost. The bed was comfortable and things like the towels were much better quality than a budget motel. I would definitely recommend and will stay again.

The key cards are very sensitive to interference from mobile devices. LUCKILY the cleaner on duty was an angel nothing was a bother for her. Motel is old but has been redurbished on inside, clean and comfotable. Great location for where we needed to be.

The room was nice and quiet. Clean and very comfortable. The town centre is at a walking distance and has everything one might need during a stay. The lady in the reception office was very helpful and kind. Although it is a bit far from Sydney, getting a cab was no hassle at all.

The room was clean and tidy however it was extremely cold and the heating was not efficient. The staff were friendly and did their best to assist but there was obviously an ongoing problem with the air conditioning. The motel is quiet and has good offsite parking. The shower water was drained incorrectly and flowed into the bathroom which made showering uncomfortable. Would probably not recommend if these issues are important to your stay.

The property is very old. The pool is closed indefinitely post covid. There weren't a lot of dining choices nearby. It takes over an hour to get to the city center by train, but if you're Ok with a rural place to stay it's not too bad.

Its an older property which shows its age. The room was good size, bathroom was too small. Bed was uncomfortable, mattress no support. Blanket on bed smelt of smoker, only one on bed despite being winter. Extra blankets in cupboard needed washing, stains & hairs seen. Nice to have crockery for food but no tea towel to dry plates. Would not stay there again
