「We had a night stay here and it was really clean but the carpet was bubbled up and this was a trip hazard and also the kitchen area and the carpet a joined was a really big trip hazard my cousin trip 3 times and my mum so we had to put the bin and some cushions on the area
And also in the main room and near the foot of the door
So I do believe this needs to be addressed

「The room is very nice clean and quiet. It was suppose to be very good, the receptionist greeting you with big smile.
The only thing that is not so good is the service after we left. My daughter left behind a soft toy, there is no email address I can find online to contact them. I used their web site to contact them but didn’t get the feedback for days. The. I asked the second time and just replied didn’t find it」
