The Space:
This resort like building includes reception, level access to the heated swimming pool and BBQ beside the harbour, private jetty, communal entertaining area plus on site parking. The apartment is just 7 minutes to the city by Ferry which is right outside the door and a 500m stroll to Blues Point Road dining and 1km to North Sydney station and CBD.

The space consist of 2 bedrooms, generous Lounge area, fully functional kitchen, Bathroom plus Parking.

"Please note that a lift replacement project will begin on June 3rd, 2024. Currently, only one lift is operational, and the project is expected to be completed by mid-July 2025." Please note: You will be hearing noise from time to time.

Unit 53 is on the 11th floor.

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

The Neighborhood:
McMahons Point short walk to North Sydney business district and train station. 50m to McMahons Point ferry and nearby cafes and restaurants on Blues Point Road.

Getting Around:
Free parking outside property and in adjacent parking building.

Metres to the ferry wharf and bus stop, 500m to village restaurants and just a 1km walk to North Sydney station and CBD.

Other Things to Note:
Washer and Dryer is in the building not inside the apartment. Washing machine & Dryer are coin operated.

A non-refundable 4.5% fee applies to all payments made by credit or debit card.

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

Interaction with Guests:
We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out as needed. Simply send a message via the platform you booked. We are also just a phone call away :)
