this studio has all you're basic needs and is located in a quiet, leafy residential suburb of Daceyville which is about 7 km (4 mi) south of Sydney CBD .
with easy access to the city and some of Sydneys best beaches this studio makes a great base to get around sydney.

We are also about 12 min drive from the airport.

Wonderful hosts

The hosts were very accommodating. Our daughter was traveling to Sydney to begin a 5-month study abroad program. At first, we thought she was arriving early and they worked with us to accommodate an early check in. Then when her flight was unexpectedly canceled and she was delayed, they held the booking for us. Her checked bag was lost in the process for six days and they made suggestions for places for her to purchase clothes in the interim and helped her with directions to the stores. We were very appreciative of all of their assistance.

Just the necessities

The property was just the basics needed for a short stay to visit a concert. The aircon worked well in the hot weather but the floor was weird to walk on with bare feet. The bathroom was very small and all the mirrors were held on by screws. The shower could have been a bit cleaner.
