「Our first room had a problem with the air conditioning and they graciously provided an alternative. We checked in with an extra guest and they accommodated us. Then the host helped our daughter find transportation to the airport. I erroneously had us checking out one day early and they were able to add an extra day for us. I cannot say enough about Gabriella and her excellent English and absolute kindness. We gave this hotel every chance to make this trip stressful but they were not having it!...

「Alles wie im Angebot geschildert, sauber und modern eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet. Highlight ist die kleine Dachterrasse, auf der wir morgens in der Sonne frühstücken könnten, traumhaft. Die Altstadt von Siracusa ist fussläufig in 15 Min erreichbar, obwohl das Apartment an einer belebten Straße liegt, war es sehr ruhig nachts. Kontakt und Check-in waren sehr freundlich und einfach. Parkplätze sind in direkter Umgebung kostenlos vorhanden.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.」
