The living area also offers a bathroom with toilet and sink. The dining tables are for 10 people both inside and outside. The sleeping area on this level consists of one suite with beds that can be separated in two singles or can form a king size bed, sea views, en-suite bathroom with shower, satellite TV, air conditioning, security safe.
On the first floor we have two more suites. One suite with king size bed, sea views, en-suite bathroom with shower, private terrace, satellite TV, air conditioning, security safe. The outside area offers a total of 100 square metres of terraces. The swimming pool (10x4m; 1.6m deep) is private and can be heated. The access to the sea is only 50 metres away via a footpath.
