「Great location near the Russian Market with many options for both local and international food. It was convenient to have our own kitchen for breakfasts and a washing machine for laundry. 「The room was not ready when we opened the door, had to call down to get it cleaned, the hallways and corridors are filthy, the one-bedroom suite is well set up, the cooktop was an induction cooktop but no induction cookware at all. Staff was good, BUT the day before we left at 10 a,m one of the staff members walked into our room without knocking, apparently he was in the wrong room, luckily for us, my wife and I were not being naked and intimate on the sofa again at that time. 「Staff for check in and cleaning were very nice and had great service. Free tuk tuk rides to places closeby. Communication over text and email was a little slow though. Room, pool, sauna, gym and changerooms were very clean but the steam room was under maintenance. Not sure why the pool lights turned off at 9:30 pm but closed at 10pm.」

「To begin, it took over an hour to check in. Granted, we came about 30 minutes before check-in so we understandably waited, but was confused when it was well after the stated check in time.
