“The hotel was cute and the Wi-Fi environment was excellent. However, the reason I gave the lowest rating is because of the disappointing response from the hotel staff. When I returned to my room and opened my toothbrush case in the bathroom, a cockroach came in through a gap. At that moment, I asked the hotel staff to change my room, but they refused. The staff told me they had removed the cockroach from my room, so I felt relieved. However, when I opened the bathroom trash bin, I found the……

“It was a wonderfully relaxing stay. The entire place has a warm, cozy atmosphere, and all the furniture is made of solid wood, giving it a natural and elegant feel. The water pressure was strong and the hot water was steady—perfect for a soothing shower. The spa experience was also excellent, with a calming ambiance and pleasant aroma that helped me fully unwind. Overall, it was a truly rejuvenating stay that I’d highly recommend.”

“The resort is located at the middle between Angkor Wat and the middle of the downtown. Travelling to Angkor for sunrise or sunset takes about 15 minutes ride. Hotel staff are helpful on every matters, from the choice of food or getting help on reservation of restaurants, or recommending restaurants in the city. It is a boutique resort, the size of the resort is not comparable to those big chain hotels/resorts, but you may get very personnel services/greeting from the staff. They even can……

“The hotel and staff could not have been nicer. The property is great with the rooms surrounding two lovely pools. The food was universally good. And the room was excellent. Especially the huge semi-outdoor bathroom with a massive bath. (And, of course, shower.) As was the service. 20 minutes in one direction, Angkor Wat. And, in the other, the center of Siem Reap. It was ideal for five days of visiting the temples, providing both comfort and escape from the heat. Congratulations to all hotel……

“Staff was the best part, good people who will help you with what ever they can. There is a lot of local places for going out to eat/drink and a massive supermarket. Phone data signal isn’t the best in the area so get WiFi at hotel and plan your route”

“The room I originally booked they advised me during check in that it was full. I’m not sure if that was done on purpose. I asked for a refund of the difference and they told me they couldn’t and offered other services instead. It’s a bit hard to believe that a hotel has overbooked when everything was done online and the fact I couldn’t get a refund for the difference. “We booked this hotel with free breakfast for five nights. When we arrived at there, a front desk lady immediately tried to sell us a tour package for the Angkor ruins. We didn't purchase it right away. She also told us there was no free breakfast. The next day we bought a three-day Angkor tour plan from a nice front desk gentleman.
