It is a literal paradise. Had an upgrade yo the single villa and it was spectacular. Spacious room, massive outdoor washroom and the pool space was perfect after a morning of exploring. Tuk tuks were usually on site to take you anywhere you needed to go and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything you needed could be provided. Could not recommend this hotel more.

Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, they felt genuinely caring and were keen to make our stay in Siem Reap as pleasant as possible. The location was unrivalled, especially for proximity to the Angkor temples, and it felt like a secluded jungle retreat.
The Jungloo pods had private plunge pools which were inviting in the humidity of the August season, powerful air conditioning for escaping the heat, and the room was attentively cleaned and regularly stocked with amenities. The free mini bar was a nice touch!
The on-site spa was also amazing, with expert massage therapists and a soothing atmosphere.
For the sounds of nature and life, a stone’s throw from Angkor Wat, and the friendliest hospitality in Asia, we could not recommend this place more. We loved it and we will be back!

**Disappointing stay — service fell well short**
Stayed here solo for a few nights. The service did not live up to.
- I was told a drink was complimentary by staff, then charged half price for it. When I raised it, there was no acknowledgment of the mistake.
- As a solo traveler, I felt the staff barely offered any help throughout my stay. They only friendly greet you together a few times.
- The room itself didn't feel very comfortable.
- I asked for a late checkout and was refused unless I paid half the room rate, even though rooms were clearly available.
- While waiting for my flight in their lounge, it was hot and humid because the AC wasn't turned on, which is a miserable end to the stay.
For this price point, I expected much better. Would not stay again.

The uniqueness of the hotel villas, and the lush, tropical, well maintained gardens definitely make this worthy of a stay here. Closeness to Angkor Wat and friendliness and competence of the hotel staff are also pluses to be considered. The city and its nightlife are just a Grab car away. Overall a great way to experience Siem Reap
