Tacoma Romantic Hotel

"The entry carpet was bubbled and needed to be stretched or replaced, lower elevator didn’t work, but the lobby was clean and staff was nice. Our room was a mess. Towels had black sticky stuff on them, room was very dusty, stains on the carpet and the room was very warm regardless of turning the air on. "

"The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. It was a quiet property and the breakfast was great, with a nice selection of food. We would stay here again in the future."

"I had 3 rooms, 2 of which were standard, 1 a suite. I stayed in the suite and had a hard time sleeping first 2 nights...Loud banging of pipes, and leaking water from shower. Went to have lunch day 2 at EQC down the road a bit and immediately made plans to check out the following day. Was not my idea of a"good stay"!"

"Internet so slow I couldnt stream a single show (been this way both times I've stayed here), and the beds are absolutely terrible. No complaints with anything else, and the staff has been great. But I won't stay here again."

"The check in staff/ check out staff when I checked in was personable and friendly. The overall building was presentable and clean unfortunately The room was a little rough the counters and night stands didn’t look like they had been wiped down in quite some time there was quite a bit of dust but overall my experience was not terrible.. just a little more TLC in the actual room specifically the night stands and high touch surfaces would be HUGE! "
