The pool was slightly colder than I expected but it was 5 degrees outside and windy so its understandable. The hot tub was very comfortable. I would love to stay here again. My kids said this is their favorite hotel we have ever stayed at which is high praise since we travel frequently and have stayed in a ton of hotels!」

「Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed...

「This is our second time staying here. We love the property, the suites work for us as there is a bedroom which is separate from the living space. There are plenty of things to do on the property and in the surrounding area. Mt. Greylock, antiquing, great breakfast spots! The Country Store on the property has great sandwiches and things needed for your stay.」
