“My stay at the George Residence Banana Island, Ikoyi was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment my family and I arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and the unique blend of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service the property offered. The apartment was modern, tastefully furnished, and very clean — everything from the cozy bed to the fully equipped kitchen was designed for comfort and convenience. “This is my 3rd stay at the Radisson in 4 years. The staff are excellent. Attendant to your needs with great hospitality. The maintenance culture of the Radisson comes through. Overall, given the location, I would rate this as the best hotel in Lagos. A shout out to couple of staff - Ikotu (hope I am spelling that right) and Moji. They are just a few of the excellent staff at the Radisson. ”

“Since the moment we checked in we were welcomed by Promise Samuel who is always so welcoming. We actually came to Continental Hotel because Promise works there. We followed him from a previous hotel and decided to stay at continental because he is friendly, efficient, and just a pleasure. The hotel staff were also all friendly. Everyone is welcoming and always there to help you with anything that you may need. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and I appreciate the variety of food options that……

“I visited Nigeria and stayed here for a week. Believe the negative reviews, I overlooked them when booking and regretted it. The only redeeming part of the stay was the two ladies at the front desk they were professional and made an otherwise disappointing experience bearable. Food was terrible, it smells awful in the hallway, toilet seat wasn’t the same size as the toilet, it’s noisy from 5am so quality sleep is not an option. “Upon arrival , they couldn’t find my fully paid booking through Hotels.com. I showed them my confirmation email etc. I had to make a separate payment for the night. I intended to stay 5 nights , but left the following morning due to the sub par levels of service and facilities ”

“Unsafe and Unsanitary Room — Should Be Removed from Listing I booked this room for a friend, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty and smelled of mold, with stained and peeling walls, rusty light fixtures, and a damaged entry door that did not close properly. The overall condition felt unsafe and unsanitary. No guest should have to stay in such conditions — this property should be re-evaluated or removed from the Hotels.com listings until it meets basic……
