「The hotel is located at an excellent location, with fantastic views of the Taal Lake and the volcano. The food in the restaurant is great, and the service is generally very good. The nearby area also has many nice places to eat, but they mostly require a little bit of walk. Due to the much cooler weather up there than that in Manila, people flock into the area for the weekends, but that also means the pool may be a bit too cold to enjoy a swim… Overall, I would say it was a very nice stay...

「The hotel, like most of the hotels in Tagaytay, is facing the crater lake. But the international hotel chain has been a great disappointment to me. First of all, for the time I found my Deposit box in my room is wrong; secondly, the hotel is very old, air conditioning noise is very serious will let you hard to sleep for the whole night； finally, encountered two problems so serious, obviously there are other rooms in the premise, and the reaction I they did not mean to change the room.」

「We were booked initially in a nice and new room. Unfortunately, there was no water in the bathroom, hence, we were transferred to another available bigger room with 2 beds good for 4 persons, but not as nice as our initial booked room. The bathroom is quite old and needs improvement. Overall, the price is reasonable for our a night stay and accessible to Tagaytay sites.」

「the rooms in this hotel are nothing but a bed, two sheets, and two pillows. No blanket, no chair. The temperature is much cooler here than other parts of the country, yet they turned on the air conditioning. I turned it off but was cold all night under the one thin sheet on the bed. The shower had hot water but the hanger on the wall for the shower head was such that you could not stand under the shower, you had to take it off and hold it in your hand. The ladies at the front desk were nice...
