“The place looks exactly what we expected in the photos, or even better. We checked the place when we arrived, and we knew that we booked a really nice place for a family staycation. “We had to kill a large cockroach in the room the first night of the stay. There was no hot water in either the shower or the hand wash basin and we had to shower in tepid water. The shower door did not close and water flooded out onto the bathroom floor creating a situation in which it was easy to slip.
