“Awesome”

“A beautiful oasis in the quiet island of Carabao. A hidden gem! We organised a private boat from Boracay to and from the island and were able to dock at the hotel beachfront making it even more special an experience. The room was wonderful, clean and with an incredible ocean view. We had the entire hotel to ourselves pretty much, with only a few other guests staying at the time, and were treated like VIPs. We opted for dinner at the hotel each night and lunch on our last day and were delighted……

“The room had been neglected before we came to stay here. There were ants crawling around the whole room and a couple cockroaches and centipede as well. We had to ask for the room the be cleaned because of this. When we brought our concerns to the staff they did not seem to care about their guests concerns. They ended up cleaning it but they came back and even ended up in our food. We requested a refund not only because it wasn’t clean but it was a far way from the beach strip, nothing was done……

“The entire property looks abandoned. It was dirty and smelled strongly of cigarettes because the attendant smokes freely inside the building. The room itself was disgusting — spiderwebs everywhere, mold in the bathroom, a filthy shower covered in soap scum, and grimy mirrors. There was even a rusted hole in the wall near the headboard of the bed. On top of that, the WiFi was so slow it was essentially unusable. Save your money and stay somewhere else.”

“受颱風影響飯店被摧殘 根本無法入住 居然不願意退費？ 罔顧他人生命？想問問這樣的飯店能入住嗎？ 我在入住前兩天 看到飯店在facebook上的說明表示飯店通訊等等都中斷 也無法提供服務 我為了確保 安全性 以及權益 要求飯店取消 ！ 沒想到居然不願意退款？ 想問問憑什麼收費？ 這樣的狀態憑什麼接客人？ 在hotel.com訂房的保障呢？ 圖片是我的客人在12/25入住的照片 試問這樣的狀況12/28的客人如何入住？ 他的生命安全在哪？ 他的假期在哪？ 他的權益在哪？”

“Nice secluded spot a short walk from Diniwid Beach. Awesome staff and cute dogs on the property. Great value for the price. Only downside is it's about a half hour walk to get to the busier part of the beach if that is what you are seeking on your stay. Highly recommend if you're looking to relax in Boracay! Would definitely stay again. :-)”
