“The air conditioner is insufficient and very old and works loudly. The cleaning was not that good. There was women's hair on the floor. My allergies increased because there was no air conditioner filter.”

“The front desk and helpers are very helpful. The biggest complaint for me is on the 5th floor, the hallways smell like sewer. It smells so bad that the you can smell it inside the room. I complained to the front desk and they offered to move us but we were already checking out the following day. We turned on the blower in the rom but that thing is ridiculously loud.”
