“Excellent location to do day rides on the hauraki rail trail. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. House was cosy, clean and comfy. Kids loved the treehouse and spa too.”

“This gorgeous cottage is filled with style, charm and attention to detail. So many extras such as family games, toys for little ones and the seperate kitchen was very well appointed and even had things like spices, eco friendly baking paper and glad wrap etc, which was so handy! “We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It’s a great rural setting with friendly donkeys. And close enough to the Karangahake gorge trails. The local swimming hole is a fun refreshing adventure. The house had everything you need and is very homely. Good selection of kids games and picture books.”

The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and the deck was a great place to sit in the sun. Walking around the beautiful orchard and lakes was very relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommended . “We were woken at 4am with car alarm going off. Thank god they didnt take our car. They tried. Should have security lights at front. Also state stairs as i am 79 had a hard time going up steps.”

We had a short visit on our way to Australia, this was perfectly located for day trips to Rotorua / Te Puia and Hobitton along with a wine day at Waiheke. We would make the day long flights again to stay here!”
