「房間跟硬體設施都非常棒，有餐具、廚房、洗衣機/烘衣機，甚至還有熨斗跟燙衣板，房間也非常乾淨寬敞，房間外的景色非常漂亮。車子可以停在門口，開車到皇后鎮市區大約只要20分鐘（但尖峰時間常常塞車），走路約8分鐘也有公車站牌可以搭公車往返市區，公車約一小時一班。 唯一讓人失望的地方是房東非常難聯繫，電話不會通，房裡留下的聯絡資訊也無法聯繫上。這導致我們住到第四天才有新毛巾的補充（試過電話、App、email的聯繫）。除此之外一切都好。」
