Enjoy fabulous lake views year round from this hilltop Rocky Ridge vacation rental condo. Comfort and relaxation await you when you enter, comfortably decorated this mountain getaway is sure to become your favorite Tahoe spot. Lounge on the deck or BBQ with family and friends. Wifi in the condo for your communication needs. The 4th bedroom has been covered to a sitting room off of the master. The development is close to all that Tahoe City has to offer. Rocky Ridge is a gated community of 60 acres surrounded by State Forest Land, where you can enjoy nature on one of the many hiking or mountain biking trails just steps away. Amenities include 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, tennis, basketball, playground, Bocce Ball court and a private beach, annex located just down the road with parking and pier, BBQ facilities, clubhouse and volleyball court. Every vacation condo rental offers vaulted mountain-style ceilings, beautiful rock fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, all set in an open two-story floor plan.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

Incredibly Convenient Spacious Condo

We loved our stay; the property is in wonderful shape, with very tasteful updates throughout. The kitchen was well-appointed and the dining and living rooms were spacious and served our large group (6) well.

Superb view of the lake, great location

We booked for the thanksgiving trip with family. The location of the property is very convenient, minutes from Tahoe city town. Most importantly, this unit is one of the few in that community that facing to the lake! You can view the sunrise, and sunset directly from the room! The only issue we had was the heater in the master room that rattles which creates very loud noise during the night, every two hours or so. Later I found out that when you set the temperature to right at 5 or below, the noise is gone since the heater won't start, but you will need a thick comforter at the night. Other than the heater issue, overall it's a great memory for us. We visited the Palisade ski resort, kings beach, and some random sled hill nearby. My daughter loved it.

Great view near Tahoe City

Beautiful view in a great location. The condo fitted the needs of our family of 5 well. The condo has been well loved and is appointed similarly to most Tahoe rentals we have stayed in. We weren’t going to be able to cook a big meal there, but that was never in our plans. The heating system takes some getting used to (hint: when it’s cold crank it up as it takes about an hour to get going but keep it at 4 or 5 upstairs when going to bed or it’s too hot to sleep), but we eventually figured it out.
