Two minor critiques: the downstairs to upstairs is a loft-type design so noise carries, and pool access was in the listing but not actually available for short term guests according to the pool staff. Even if there is a work-around for the pool passes, the pool/resort fee is 24/person - not viable for a large...

"My family and I had a very enjoyable stay in this dog friendly home. It was very comfortable and well equipped. It was conveniently located to restaurants, stores and Donner Lake, while still being in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely come again."
