「Cozy and cute 」

「Great home base for a long holiday weekend. The walk to the recreation center was super convenient, and most days we just enjoyed hanging out and taking in the view from the cabin. There was also free shuttle service we utilized around the resort. Close to Kings Beach one day, and many close hikes.The place itself felt genuinely gorgeous … beautifully designed, spotless, and stocked with nice touches that made it feel like more than just a place to stay. 「This was first time in the area, We had most wonderful stay at hodge podge lodge. The house was beautiful and sparking clean, well organized and have everything what we needed for stay. It located in nice neighborhood near soda spring ski resort. The house was warm and cozy , heater was good , wood stove was nice touch with plenty of firewood supplies. The bedroom was spacious and beds were comfortable. It was big plus to have easy in and out drive way to the house. We definitely recommend...

「We stayed here for our combined bachelor/bachelorette trip and it was perfect! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, check in was super easy and the house was very clean! We had the best time and will absolutely be staying again! 」

Place was far from the posted pictures with thread bare throw rugs and low quality thrift store type of furnishings. Kitchen was well stocked but all drawers and cabinets were a complete mess. 「Lazy Bear Lodge is a great West Shore place for summer activities; ideal for spending days at Meeks, Chambers, or heading up to float the Truckee. Kitchen had everything we needed. The front seems pretty hemmed in by the neighbors but the back of the property opens up to the woods. We got to see a bear and her two cubs roll past one evening which was exciting for the kids. At the time of our visit, there was some construction next door but I can't fault the property for that. The downstairs...

「We loved our stay in Tahoma! This cabin is so charming, well loved, and cared for. The cabin was very clean, bikes were in perfect condition, and the electric grill seemed like it had maybe never been used. We loved listening to CDs in the morning and watching VHS movies at night. Perfect location to lots of west shore beaches and trails. Couldn't recommend it enough!」

「Amazing place - we come to Tahoe a lot, but the view from this house is unparalleled. The property is clean, management very easily accessible, and the place has excellent amenities. Highly recommend!」

「Wonderful location, amazing views, and a super clean, comfortable property. Everything was exceptionally well organized. The only downside is the number and height of the stairs. I highly recommend this property, provided you don't have elderly guests or young children for whom the stairs may be a concern.」
