Very nice hotel, with good location in centre of Tainan. Rooms were very nice, only gripe would be no hooks on walls or doors to hang towels, otherwise it was very well appointed. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Included was an afternoon tea of biscuits and tea, and a small afternoon meal. Rare to get all that food on the house from the hotel. They also have a play area for kids (and big kids) with two PlayStation driving rigs for gran turismo and F1 games. Again, free to use. One small criticism would be their gym (to be fair they don’t claim to have one); they call it a mini gym and it has two exercise bikes and a treadmill. If they ditched one of the bikes and put in some free weights with a bench and a Swiss ball, it would actually be quite good. Staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. Would we stay again? Yes, we would.

Confirming credit card deducting and refunding holding FULL amount (in 7-14days) is very inconvenient for foreigners. But Manager able to assist us to continue our stay with the initial full amount deducted without having to go thru refund procedure is 5 star!!!

◎フロントの方の受付はとてもスムーズでした。（特に、その中の八代亜紀さんに似ている人が日本語を話せて、とても親切にしてくれました。） ◎部屋とベッドが広く、とても快適でした。 ◎朝食のビュッフェは、メニューが豊富で美味しかったです。 ◎21時まで8階のラウンジで軽食とお菓子とドリンクを自由に飲食しながらくつろげたのは快適でした。（特にミートパスタは美味しかったです！） ◯ラウンジの方は日本語は話せませんでしたが、丁寧に対応してくれました。（特にその中の林芽亜里さんに似ている方が翻訳アプリを使いながら親切に対応してくれました。） ◯台南駅や赤崁楼などの観光地や林百貨や永楽市場なども徒歩圏内なので、結構便利な場所だと思いました。 △コインランドリーがありましたが、洗濯にすすぎが機能しておらず、乾燥を2回することになりました。 △ハンドソープ（または石鹸）がなかったのは不便に感じました。 △浴槽が無くシャワーのみだったので、ゆっくり浸かって疲れを癒すことまではできませんでした。 ×ウォッシュレットが付いてないので不便に感じました。（このグレードのホテルなら、付いていても全くおかしくないと思います。）

客室は広々。フローリングも清潔で安心。また、8階のラウンジを使え、フリードリンクでゆっくり出来た。眺めも良かったし、スタッフも親切。また近くに人気のお弁当屋さん、ピザ屋さん、餃子屋さんも始めテイクアウトも充実していた。
