"外気温マイナス3度中、宿泊いたしました。事前に部屋を暖めてくれておりました。チェックインの管理はきっちりしており、屋内での宿泊者全員の顔写真の撮影をもとめられました。また使用したものの片づけ方なども細かく記載されており、管理会社さんはしっかり管理されているようです。宿泊者にも、一部管理を求められますので、宿泊価格が適正なのかは個人の感覚により異なってくると思います。冬期は、寒く布団をかけずに寝返りが激しい子供には、厚めのスリーパーを要します。加湿器がないため暖房を使用しながら就寝するなら加湿器を持参されると良いと思います。風呂場は、寒く脱衣所にも暖房器具が欲しいと思いました。ドラッグストア、コンビニ、スーパーも車で数分以内と比較的近く良いと思います。全体的に良く管理されている貸別荘だと思いました。"

"The property itself was comfortable and clean but the reality is the person who owns this place is.......weird and stuck in his ways Have your wits about you when dealing with this guy it came across like i was a walking ATM for him Kinugawaonsen is a beautiful place and has provided many epic memories but as mentioned keep Yukka at arms length and you will be ok 👌✌️"

"チェックイン、アウトが簡単だったことは良かったが、15:00まではインできないのは不便でした。15：00から、のため仕方ないことなのだけど、ホテルとかだと、時間前でも対応してくれるところもあるので、大丈夫だろうと思って行くと結構がっかりします。あと、これも仕方ないのだけど... 調味料がないので... 少量で売ってくれる売店みたいなのが敷地内にあるといいなぁと思いました。"

"インターチェンジからアクセスしやすく、設備等も十分でしたが、宿泊中、母屋にオーナーやその知り合いの方が頻繁に出入りし、夜もオーナーが滞在していました。そのため、居心地があまり良くありませんでした。家主居住型民泊ならHPに明記していただきたかったです。"

"元旦に泊まりました。家族5人とわんこテラスにBBQグリルがありましたが、寒くてつかいませんでした。脱衣所が寒かった。鬼怒川なのに、別府の湯でした。ゆっくり出来て、好きな時間に入浴できたので、よかったです。"

"・オーナーが使用したであろうフライパンが洗われずシンクにそのまま。・冷蔵庫はオーナーと共有しているのか入れる隙間がない、８〜９割埋まっている。・滞在期間中に庭に人影が（業者の人や、草むしりをしている人）あり、プライバシー感が無い。「那須の民家でアットホームに」と言われれば、そうなのかな…と微妙な感じです。"

"設備が整い、不満という不満がほとんどなかった。お風呂の追い焚きができなかったことだけが惜しい。"

"9月下旬に1泊2日で利用しました。室内の設備・環境はとても良く、快適に過ごすことができました。（エアコン等は使用していないので、空調の効き具合はわかりませんでした。） BBQをするにあたっては、網・炭・鉄板などは持参する必要があります。また、今回は雨が降っていたのですが、バルコニーは屋根がなく、パラソルも1つしかないうえに破損していたため、室内にあったホットプレートに切替えました。別荘までの道は夜は街灯もなさそうだったので、夕方くらいまでに到着されたほうが良いと思います。チェックインまで・チェックイン時のやり取りもスムーズでしたし、滞在中に災害情報（台風がきていたので）もご連絡いただき、大変ありがたかったです。"

"This retreat in the village was tranquil and restorative. The traditional japanese room with private onsen bath was the perfect complement to arriving from Tokyo and restorative after a day of rafting and canyooning (shout out to NOAC). The half board option was a great addition. Breakfast and dinner menus were exciting, sophisticated and simoky delicious. The staff are attentive to detail, accomodating and very polite. Thanks for the wonderful stay."

"We really enjoyed staying here, the onsen was so relaxing and beautiful. Some of the staff were very nice and sweet, others were kind of rude. Its also very quiet and safe around the hotel so we liked that. It was hard to find a restaurant within 20 minutes walking that was open for dinner, but we met a sweet auntie who told us where to find good food. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Kinugawa"
