Super clean, spacious, the only thing is that it says station front but we actually need to go around 10min walking to get there. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Clean and comfortable but must have a car

The place was super clean and comfortable. Close to the Kinugawa Onsen Station. However it’s a bit far if your main interest is to go see the shrines in Nikko. No convenience stores nearby. It would take good 20 min to walk to the nearest grocery store. 2 min by car. It’s a great place if you have a car.

Super Comfortable and Affordable

We had Unit C and it was very comfortable for our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids (13,11,6)). There are directions on how to use everything. The beds and bedding are incredible comfortable. The bath tub gets nice and hot! The kitchen has all the dishes, utensils, cups, etc. you might need. I do wish there was some coffee available for the mornings, but now we know to bring our own. The surround sound projector TV is cool for access to streaming services. The location is a 5 minute walk to the train station and about 10 min to a Lawsons. If you have a van, the driveway is a tight fit and you've got to be careful not to accidently go off the little curb separating it from the driveway next to it (there is no lip). We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

宿泊施設は全般的に綺麗で清潔感がありましたが、バスタブの蓋も確認して頂けるとより良いと思います。 また、洗面所が1階にあったら良かったです。 全体的な評価としては、清潔感があり設備も充実していて満足のいく宿泊施設でした。 また、利用させて頂きたいと思います。

とても清潔でベットもふかふかで過ごしやすかったです！食器やコップも豊富でした！ スクリーンは子供達はすごく喜んでいたのですが、テレビも見れるとよかったです。 洗濯機や洗剤もあって、浴室乾燥もあるのでとても助かりました！ また利用したいです♥

子ども連れには、最高のホテルでした。 周辺のテーマパークにも車で5 、6分程度とかなりアクセスも良かったです。 調理器具ももう豊富で、コンビニで買ってきたものを温める等、簡単な料理には困りませんでした。プロジェクターを子供たちはとても喜んでました。お風呂、水回りもとても清潔で快適な旅でした。 また、ぜひ泊まりたいです。 キッチンペーパーはあったんですが、少なかったので予備も置いておいていただけると助かりました。

利用したい日に空きがあり予約 しましたがとても広く綺麗で、 快適にすごせました◎ １つ気になったのは一階エアコンの 暖房を付けましたがなかなか温まらず、途中でエアコンが付かなくなり 困りました。 オペレーターの方に問い合わせをし 対応して頂き無事すごせましたが、 部屋が温まらないのはこの時期は とても大変ですので対応の方よろ しくお願いします。 機会がありましたらまた利用いたし ます！

車で5分圏内にドラッグストアとスーパーがあり重宝しました。施設はとてもキレイで満足してます。施設のドアの向こうがすぐ道路で結構なスピードで走っているので子供がいる方は注意した方が良いと思います。

口コミどおり、チェックインがうまく行きませんでした。事前に聞いていたスマートキーの番号を入力しても、ドアが解錠せず、メールで連絡し、10分ほどで返信が来て対応してはくれましたが、その後も事前に聞いたスマートキーでは開きませんでした。 また、冷蔵庫に製氷機がありましたが、前泊者が作って忘れて行ったと思われる氷が残っていました。 掃除機もあって助かりましたが、ゴミがそのままになっていて、こちらも前泊者が使って以降そのままなのかなと思いました。 設備的には十分だったので、そのような面が非常に残念です。

タブレットでのチェックイン手続きでオペレーターとなかなか繋がらず、寒い中玄関で何度も最初からやり直しさせられて時間がかかり最悪でした。接続に時間がかかるなら最初の入力画面に戻るまでの設定時間を長くしてもらうとか、繋がらない場合はどうすればいいのか表示するなり対策してもらいたいです。施設自体はキレイで快適に過ごせたので最初に嫌な思いをしたのが余計に残念でした。
