“The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The room and whole facility was clean. The staff was helpful. In particular, Kathy did a FANTASTIC job with caring for the breakfast area. I could see how much she was invested in making sure the food was available and the whole area was clean. I was deeply impressed with this Holiday inn Express and will be staying here again in the future!”
