「Management of receiving booking online is not planned. We booked some other room and received some other as they mention. Room booked by you has been allotted to someone else. They were no prepared before hand. Check-in time was 1:00 pm but we good room at 4:30 pm that too not what we booked.」

「Clean rooms, very spotless property, staff that know how hospitality works. definitely a property to revisit.
Side note; in the morning then receptionists had no change. Instead of telling this she just printed out the bill and said nothing. Until I asked for my change. This was a bit of a turn off. 」
