“Hotel is clean, and staff are accommodating .”

“Breakfast was great, everything is great just need more cleanliness”

“Kind staff”

“No shuttle bus service as mentioned in service. Before booking they said it is rare advantage but there is no advantage at all also it is middle of residential area very hard to access anything noting round all small house and high school. Staff was friendly room clean breakfast okay nice also they don’t respond chat”

“Very old holster, The AC is broken, they can’t fix it ”

“I was very impressed with all of the staff that I interacted with as well as the facility in general. The room was very spacious and well designed for use as a remote office space as well as a place for rest. The breakfast buffet was excellent as was the sit down restaurant. I would definitely book a room here again the next time I'm in Almaty, which is probably the best……

“In general, the rooms are lacking of maintenance: no stable hot water supply, tap water is milky, air-conditioner isn't functioning properly, the bed and pillows aren't comfortable, and the toilet has odors. But the location is very good, near the big shopping mall Dostyk Plaza. And the front desk staff is helping, willing to change room for us. But the staff doesn't know how to register our stay in Almaty with the Immigration authorities, when this is a must for every tourist staying more……

“Conveniently located to multiple things in the city”

“When we got to the hotel they said they don't participate with Hotels.com and refused to accept our voucher even after we showed them both hard copy and email versions of the voucher. No one actually spoke any English so we had to use translation programs on our phones to communicate. We paid to stay there anyway. It turned out that the location was outside of the city center and hard to get to. The air conditioning leaked water into the room so we had to turn it off. Breakfast was very poor……
