Ants were a consistent problem in the rooms. Using off spray on the headboard and adjacent areas worked great. Shower head was poorly anchored to the wall causing it to spray everywhere. Room size was great! Aircon was perfect. The small self serve water bottles in the room was a interesting and eco friendly deviation from conventional hotels we've stayed at.

The service was excellent, the staff were very nice and polite. We enjoyed our daily breakfast. , Hotel is close to the airport and its very relaxing, you're really surrounded by nature and ohh the hotel has the touch of ancestral homes .

I have stayed there several times this year. The front desk person greeted me by name and welcomed me back. We arrived before checkin time , 2pm, and they upgraded us to a better room that was already clean and available. We attended a wedding and it was spectacular.

They gave us an upgrade to a king size bed and were very helpful. The morning breakfast buffet was good and had a nice omelette station. Ann at the front desk was very helpful

This place had such beautiful and well-maintained facilities they can be very proud of. We really loved the breakfast, and how options changed everyday. Our room and bed were massive. They really made the effort to make it as eco-friendly as possible.

The hotel had a great garden area with farm to table available. It is remote so limit local food choices, but the hotel restaurant was nice. Staff was nice. Refrigerator kept unplugging when unit is pushed flush so had to leave it sticking out to run.

Amazing Art!

Love that I was accommodated over the phone for an early checked in.But, check in was a bit iffy. However, the check out was amazing. Art was exceptional. He kept his cool during the hurdle. Overall, we loved our stay. Thank you so much for the upgrade and the clean room.

The staff is accommodating. We have some requests, though, at the hotel wherein it would take another phone call to get done. But overall,it was a great stay. They serve good food at their resto as well. The service crew are really nice and make sure you are taken cared of. My husband and his frjend who are both from the US, enjoyed it there. Nice beds great rooms. We love that it is far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Very Nice hotel, breakfast is very good, room is clean, comfy bed,quiet and all of the staff are very cordial and helpful. The swimming pool is big and clean. the plus point is the proximity of a church for the sunday mass, abt 5 mins away by car
