“I managed to find this house alright. It looks pretty quiet all around this neighborhood. Hopefully there aren't any wild animals around like that bear or wolves.”

“This property is beautiful, accessible and clean. It was a great choice for our family. The most memorable part, however, was the caring host. I became critically ill with COVID during our stay, and the host allowed us to check out late and also helped with the cleaning in order for my husband to be able to get to me in the ICU. She was such a great support during this crisis away from home. There are no words for how much we appreciated her.”

“My wife, son, and good friends stayed at the cabin this winter and absolutely loved it! The cabin is perfect walking distance to everything in town and also secluded enough so that we felt as if we were all alone. The bedrooms, kitchen, living room were all very spacious. It was a treat to also sit in the sauna in the mornings/evenings. The owner was very responsive and very easy to work with. I would 100% recommend staying here and hope we will again in the future.”

“We stayed in "Sourdough" and were impressed by the small touches of comfort- coffee pods and cream in the fridge, Turkish towels, a thorough welcome notebook... The place is brand new and shows care in craftsmanship. The cabin has super comfortable beds, and stays very warm and cozy. Great set up for a get away weekend for friends or families. The hot tub can't be beat! Two thumbs up and five stars for sure!”

“We were just here for two nights using Talkeetna as a jump for Denali. The cabin was just as presented. Rustic feel but clean and comfy. The only comment I would have it that a sink is not present in the bathroom so expect to use the kitchen for that …and it would be nice if there was a plug near the mirror in the bedroom for drying hair in front of a mirror. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay again if we find ourselves here again.”

“My daughter and I stayed at the Talkeetna Lodge for 2 nights in March. The whole stay was amazing. The lodge is beautiful! Every staff member we came in contact with was super nice and helpful, always asking us if we needed anything. From the big fireplace in the main lobby, the gift store, nice big rooms, comfortable beds, fire pits on the back deck and even a wake up for the Northern Lights if you choose!! It snowed while we were there.. the hotel had inner tubes we checked out and slid down……
